Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping at Studio 7AM. We are committed to delivering your ceramic goods safely and promptly. Below are the details of our delivery and shipping policy:

Shipping Locations

We ship our products to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and total weight of your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Within the Netherlands
    • Standard shipping at €4.95
    • Free shipping on orders over €50
  • Belgium
    • Standard shipping at €7.95
    • Free shipping on orders over €65

Delivery times

All products are in stock - unless stated otherwise. Orders placed before 5PM (17:00) on business days are shipped the next day. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on your local carrier. 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If something happened to your package during shipment and the contents of your package are broken or damaged, send a photo of the damaged package, the damaged goods and your order number to info@studio-7am.com so we can immediately solve the problem.
