Can I use a Studio 7AM cup for both hot and cold beverages?
Absolutely! Our products are designed to handle both hot and cold drinks, so feel free to enjoy your coffee, tea, or any other beverage.
Are your ceramic cups dishwasher safe?
Yes, our products are dishwasher safe. However, to prolong their lifespan and keep them looking their best, hand washing and gentle handling are recommended.
Please note that some of our cups have a small hole at the bottom, often referred to as a "ventilation hole" or "drainage hole." This small hole plays a crucial role in the baking process, allowing potential air bubbles to escape, reducing the risk of damage during baking.
When placing the cup in the dishwasher, a small amount of water may enter through this hole. This is normal and does not affect the functionality of the cup. Just make sure to drain the cup properly after washing to prevent any moisture buildup.
What materials are your products made from?
Our products are from 100% ceramic material.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
Oh no! Please email us at info@studio-7am.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll help you return the damaged item and get a replacement or refund sorted out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via iDeal, Klarna, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
No, for now we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. But you never know what the future might hold!
How long does delivery take?
Order before 23:59 and we'll ship it the next day! Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (in the Netherlands).
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure they are in their original condition. For more information, please check our return policy.
How do I get a refund?

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Contact us at info@studio-7am.com with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a return and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
I forgot to use my discount code on my first order. Can I still use it?
Unfortunately, we can't apply a discount after your purchase, but you can use your discount code on your next order!
Why is my discount code not working?
When you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive an e-mail to ‘Join the Studio 7AM family’. In this e-mail - next to a discount code - you will find a ‘subscribe’ button. For the discount code to work you will need to confirm your subscription and set up a personal account with us.
What if an item is out of stock?
You can sign up for a notification by clicking the ‘Notify Me’ button next to the out-of-stock item. If pre-orders are available, it will be noted in the product description.
When will out-of-stock products be available again?
The availability of out-of-stock products varies for each cup. To receive the most accurate information, please feel free to send us an email. Additionally, you can click on the "Keep me updated when the item is back in stock" button on the product page to receive an email notification as soon as the item is available again. This way, you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock!
