Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can rely on our return policy. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to start a return

Click on the profile icon in the top right of our website navigation to log in to your account, or click here to request a return.

  • Log in to your account by:
          1. Entering your email address, then click 'Continue'.
          2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
          3. Return to the store and enter the verification code.
  • Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
  • If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  • Select a reason for the return.
  • Click 'Submit Request'.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning your package will be on your own expense. If you would like to return a product of a higher value, we advise you to send the package insured. Items with signs of use, scratches or damages will be rejected and returned to sender.

Return shipping instructions

Please place the item in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box and ship it to our warehouse via your local post office. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method within 10 days.

Refunds

We will notify you by e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days, including the initial shipping costs. Returning costs are at the buyer's expense. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@studio-7am.com.

Exchanges

Items can only be returned for a refund. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
