I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Contact us at info@studio-7am.com with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a return and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
No, for now we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. But you never know what the future might hold!
How long does delivery take?
Order before 23:59 and we'll ship it the next day! Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days (within the Netherlands).
